The Splits refrigeration system used copper pipes to connect with the evaporator and condensing unit, it can be install where you want if the copper pipes are long enough. This series of air-cooled generator adopts Copeland semi-hermetic compressor, then it will save the install cost, labor cost and material loss cost, reduce maintenance cost and workload. Widely used in the hotels, food, health, medicine, agriculture, chemical and so on.

Standard Configuration of Splits Units (Semi-hermetic System):

- Pre-charged with refrigerant
- Semi-hermetic compressor
- Liquid receiver
- Condenser with treatment against corrosion
- Condenser adapted to high ambient temperature

Optional Configuration of Splits Units (Semi-hermetic System):

- 50 HZ unit with different voltage
- Voltage protection

Calculation Basis:

1. Using 100mm insulation panels when the temperature is -15°C ~ -22°C and 150mm panels when it is below the -25°C.
2. For loading density, meat is 250kg/m3, vegetable or fruit is 100~150kg/m3.
3. Movement of goods is 10%.
4. Ambient temperature can be 40 ~ 43°C
5. Maximum entry temperature of goods is 30°C for cooling and -5°C for frozen items.
6. Compressor operates for 12 hours per day.
